Ingredients
1 ½ frozen bananas, sliced
2 cups (480ml) plant based milk
½ cup (100g) vegan chocolate protein powder
1 cup (140g) frozen cherries
1 small handful spinach
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
coconut cream (optional)
Preparation
1. Pour the Plant milk into a blender and top with banana slices, protein powder, cherries, spinach, cocoa powder and vanilla extract.
2. Blend until smooth and pour into two large glasses. Top with a little coconut cream (optional) and serve immediately.
