Format:

🔹 5 exercises

🔹 60 sec work / 15 sec rest

🔹 1 set each move

🔹 2 rounds total

Moves:

1️⃣ Oil Rigger – Right

2️⃣ Oil Rigger – Left

3️⃣ DB Pull Down + Static Lunge – Right

4️⃣ DB Pull Down + Static Lunge – Left

5️⃣ Banded Diagonal Forward Lunge (alternating)
