✨ PB Bites – The Perfect Sweet Treat ✨
If you’re craving something sweet but still want to keep things simple, wholesome, and satisfying, these PB Bites are one of my favorite go-to recipes.
They’re made with just a handful of real ingredients and come together in minutes. The combination of peanuts, Medjool dates, and dark chocolate creates the perfect balance of natural sweetness, healthy fats, and a little indulgence.

🥜 PB Bites Recipe
Ingredients:• 1 cup unsalted peanuts• 1 cup pitted Medjool dates• 8 tbsp crunchy peanut butter• 1¼ cups 70% dark chocolate, roughly chopped• 1 tbsp coconut oil• Flaky sea salt (optional finish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Line a 6 × 9 inch baking tray with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Add peanuts and dates to a food processor and blend until the mixture resembles wet sand.
3️⃣ Add peanut butter and pulse briefly until combined.
4️⃣ Press mixture evenly into the prepared tray (about ½ inch thick).
5️⃣ Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together.
6️⃣ Pour chocolate over the peanut layer and spread evenly.
7️⃣ Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
8️⃣ Slice into squares and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
❄️ Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
