❤️ Heart Attack Symptoms – Men vs. Women ❤️
Most people picture a heart attack as sudden crushing chest pain.
And while that can be true… it’s not the whole story — especially for women.
🚨 Men more commonly report:
✔️ Chest pain or pressure
✔️ Shortness of breath
✔️ Sweating
🚨 Women may experience:
✔️ Fatigue
✔️ Nausea
✔️ Shortness of breath
✔️ Back or jaw pain
Here’s the key: both men and women can experience any of these symptoms. But women are more likely to have “atypical” signs — which is why they’re often misdiagnosed or delay seeking care.
As someone who works in cardiovascular imaging every day, I can tell you this: Early recognition saves lives.
If something feels off — especially pressure, discomfort, unusual fatigue, nausea, or pain that radiates — don’t ignore it.
Education is prevention. 💙
