🫙 Protein Apple Pie Overnight Oats (2 servings)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 medium apple, diced

  • 2 Tbsp Lakanto Maple Syrup (sugar-free)

  • 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 Tbsp ground flax

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg

  • ½ cup Sunwarrior Vanilla Active Protein Powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl or mason jar, combine oats, diced apple, Lakanto maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, ground flax, cinnamon, nutmeg, and protein powder.

  2. Stir well until fully combined — it should smell just like apple pie.

  3. Divide into two jars or bowls, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
