🫙 Protein Apple Pie Overnight Oats (2 servings)
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 medium apple, diced
2 Tbsp Lakanto Maple Syrup (sugar-free)
1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp ground flax
2 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
½ cup Sunwarrior Vanilla Active Protein Powder
Instructions
In a large bowl or mason jar, combine oats, diced apple, Lakanto maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, ground flax, cinnamon, nutmeg, and protein powder.
Stir well until fully combined — it should smell just like apple pie.
Divide into two jars or bowls, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, enjoy cold or gently warmed, topped with extra apple slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
