1 cup (7 oz / 200g) cashews
8 medjool dates, pitted
2 tsp. ground ginger
½ cup (1.75 oz / 50g) oats
š©āš³ Directions:Ā 1ļøā£ Pulse cashews and oats in a food processor until they resemble flour.Ā 2ļøā£ Add dates and ginger, blend until a sticky dough forms.Ā 3ļøā£ Roll into 12 balls and chill 1 hour before serving.Ā 4ļøā£ Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
