🍽️ Foil-Baked Salmon – Heart-Healthy, Simple & Delicious 💙

🧬 Protein: 46g

🥑 Fat: 32g (heart-healthy fats!)

🌿 Carbs: 2g

🛒 Ingredients

* 2 lbs (900g) salmon filet, cut into 4 portions

* 12 cherry tomatoes, halved

* 16 basil leaves

* 1 Tbsp olive oil

* Salt + pepper to taste


 👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Lay two 12-inch sheets of aluminum foil on top of each other (per salmon piece).

2. Brush the center with ½ Tbsp olive oil.

3. Layer salmon → cherry tomatoes → basil leaves.

4. Season with salt + pepper and drizzle the remaining ½ Tbsp olive oil.

5. Seal tightly into a little packet.

6. Bake at 500°F (260°C) for 10–12 minutes.

7. Let rest for 1 minute, open carefully, and enjoy all those delicious juices 😍
