PROTEIN SNOWBALL COOKIES

❄️ NEW RECIPE DROP: Protein Snowball Cookies!

Fluffy, powdered, protein-packed, and totally winter-approved — these little snowballs taste decadent while staying heart-healthy, low-carb, and made without added sugar. Perfect for gifting, snacking, or pairing with your Hubl Habit Winter Program starting Jan 5th!

🍪 Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour

  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder

  • 3 Tbsp vegan butter, ghee, or organic butter

  • 3 Tbsp Lakanto monk fruit powdered sugar (plus extra for rolling)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ⅙ tsp salt

  • ⅓ cup finely chopped walnuts

  • 1–3 tsp unsweetened almond milk, as needed

🔥 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. Mix oat flour, protein powder, butter, Lakanto powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until a dough forms.

  3. Fold in chopped walnuts.

  4. If the dough feels crumbly, add 1–3 tsp almond milk until smooth and rollable.

  5. Roll into 12 evenly sized balls.

  6. Bake 20 minutes, or until lightly golden underneath.

  7. Cool, then roll in extra Lakanto powdered sugar for that perfect snowy finish.
