• 1 onion, diced 

• 3 cloves garlic, minced

 • 2 jalapeños, seeded & diced

 • 3 tbsp chili powder 

• 1 tsp chipotle powder

 • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained

 • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained

 • 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained

 • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes 

• 1½ cups water 

• 1 tbsp cocoa powder


Optional Garnishes: • Sliced green onions • Cashew sour cream • Lime wedges
