NO BAKE CASHEW TAHINI BARS

🍫✨ No-Bake Cashew Tahini Bars (Freezer-Friendly + Heart-Healthy!)

If you need a sweet treat that actually supports your heart + energy, these No-Bake Cashew Tahini Bars are it. 💪💚They’re chewy, chocolatey, naturally sweetened, and take 5 minutes to prep (then the freezer does the rest!).

Ingredients:1 ½ cups cashews1 ½ cups packed pitted dates½ cup tahini¾ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Pulse cashews in a food processor until finely ground.

  2. Add dates + tahini. Blend until a thick dough forms.

  3. Line a 7x7 inch pan with parchment + press dough in firmly.

  4. Melt chocolate + spread evenly on top.

  5. Freeze 2 hours + slice into 12 bars ❄️😍
