🍫✨ No-Bake Cashew Tahini Bars (Freezer-Friendly + Heart-Healthy!)
If you need a sweet treat that actually supports your heart + energy, these No-Bake Cashew Tahini Bars are it. 💪💚They’re chewy, chocolatey, naturally sweetened, and take 5 minutes to prep (then the freezer does the rest!).
✅ Ingredients:• 1 ½ cups cashews• 1 ½ cups packed pitted dates• ½ cup tahini• ¾ cup dark chocolate chips
✅ Instructions:
Pulse cashews in a food processor until finely ground.
Add dates + tahini. Blend until a thick dough forms.
Line a 7x7 inch pan with parchment + press dough in firmly.
Melt chocolate + spread evenly on top.
Freeze 2 hours + slice into 12 bars ❄️😍
