7 oz. (200g) rolled oats

3.5 oz. (100g) mixed seeds (e.g. pumpkin, sunflower)

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1.3 pt. (600ml) almond milk, unsweetened


To serve:

2 figs

1 apple, coarsely grated

7 oz. (200g) blackberries

sprinkle of pumpkin seeds (optional)

drizzle of maple syrup (optional)
